As a neurodiverse individual myself, I understand the unique complexities of this diagnosis. I bring the strengths of this "disorder" to the forefront of my work with clients. I pride myself on being genuine and authentic throughout my work with clients, maintaining an environment of safety and openness throughout sessions.

I utilize a holistic, humanistic, strength-based approach to support you in regaining stability in the areas of your life where you are currently struggling. My goal as a therapist is to empower you to better recognize your own inherent strengths, while teaching you the skills and knowledge to develop systems that work best for you and your life.

In addition to being an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I have proficiencies in the treatment areas of addiction/substance use disorders, anxiety, LGBTQ issues, and trauma. I am also a certified Acudetox Specialist (ADS), trained in the NADA protocol of auricular acupuncture detoxification.
